Blackledge MMA's inception was in 1999.
A product from the lifelong devotion and the professional fighting career of founder Tom "The Juggernaught" Blackledge, our family welcome anyone from all walks of life, all skillsets and from any level of fitness, we are a genuine open armed family with a proud history in MMA, our founder competing at the pnnacle of his sport, beating some formidable apponents and holding some prestigous titles.
We are very honored to have the guidance, knowledge and expertise of not only Tom Blackledge but also the team and coaches trained under the wing of our head coach.
Blackledge MMA provides training classes for all levels of expertise and fitness, from beginners to Expert classes we offer programmes for everyone. Our focus is MMA and we provide skillsets from BBJ, Grappling/Wrestling (ground control techniques), Muay Thai Kickboxing, all round fitness and much more.
Our coaches are extremely experienced providing personal training programmes, group training or we have regular classes every week that you may wish to attend.

No we can train outside of our facilities depending on what training you require.

Yes we work closely with The Power Kitchen and can provide a personalised nutritional plan as well.
